At this time, we only ship within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is either First Class* ($1.10/item shipped) or Priority Mail* ($2.25/item shipped).

Creative Rights
All creative work developed and/or furnished by Mimi’s Memos is the exclusive property of Mimi’s Memos. Mimi’s Memos must give written approval for all use of this work and for any derivation of ideas from it.
Customer Photos/Materials
All care will be given to prevent damage to the materials customer supplies for design input. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of his/her original photos (digital or hard-copy). Mimi's Memos is not responsible for accidental damage to materials supplied by the customer for input.
Refund Policy
Mimi’s Memos cannot take responsibility for items damaged, or lost in the mail.
Standard (i.e., non-Personalized) orders are not eligible for refund or exchange, so please shop carefully.

Cancellation Policy I can't imagine why anyone would want to, but you may cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of your Order Confirmation email. To cancel an order, send a copy of your Order Confirmation in an email, with “CANCEL MY ORDER” in the subject line, to
orders@mimismemos.com and your order will be cancelled and money refunded.
