Rates: At this time, we only ship within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is either First Class* ($1.10/item shipped) or Priority Mail* ($2.25/item shipped).

If you need product expedited, please email orders@mimismemos.com so that special arrangements can be made.

If you wish to purchase a product for shipment outside of the United States, special arrangements can be made. Please email us at sales@mimismemos.com, include

Times: Standard products (excluding Signature Products**) will ship within 3 business days.

Creative Rights All creative work developed and/or furnished by Mimi’s Memos is the exclusive property of Mimi’s Memos. Mimi’s Memos must give written approval for all use of this work and for any derivation of ideas from it.

Customer Photos/Materials All care will be given to prevent damage to the materials customer supplies for design input. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of his/her original photos (digital or hard-copy). Mimi's Memos is not responsible for accidental damage to materials supplied by the customer for input.

Refund Policy Mimi’s Memos cannot take responsibility for items damaged, or lost in the mail.

Standard (i.e., non-Personalized) orders are not eligible for refund or exchange, so please shop carefully.

If there was an error with a Personalized order, due to a mistake on my part, please be assured that I will do whatever I can to resolve the situation. Email me at support@mimismemos.com to discuss the issue.

Cancellation Policy I can't imagine why anyone would want to, but you may cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of your Order Confirmation email. To cancel an order, send a copy of your Order Confirmation in an email, with “CANCEL MY ORDER” in the subject line, to orders@mimismemos.com and your order will be cancelled and money refunded.

* Please be aware that there are no guaranteed shipping times for USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
